Been with Pottstown Pharmacy for years ever since they opened.
I loathe CVS pharmacy and decided to give my business to P'town.
I am so glad I did. Free delivery ( Of course I tip their AWESOME driver, he is the best). When I pick up there, the staff are very friendly, patient, efficient, almost no wait, and they do their best to accommodate issues that arise.

I live out of the delivering area and was having trouble picking up my script during the hours they were open. However I work like 5 mins away and they went above and beyond and actually delivered it to my job on a day I wasn't even working. I appreciate you guys so much for that. Thank you again. If I could give more then 5 stars I definitely would. Totally recommend! 😃☺️

It's nice to have a private community based pharmacy. We never have an issue with any prescription. If authorization is needed we are immediately called as is our doctor. If they are out of need to order we are called. The personalized care makes it a better experience.

Nicest people ever! I switched pharmacies twice since Rite Aid closed, they have been so nice and kind to me threw this whole thing. My question about my one script being filled at my last pharmacy was only a 14 day supply and to find out that was a mistake, makes me feel better and I'm not being shorted on medication.

I need to say the staff works well together, they know what they are talking about and are friendly. They are kind enough to understand I’m a busy person and are kind enough to deliver all of my meds. Even the delivery guy is amazing. He is kind enough to keep me posted via text and the other day he wrapped my meds so well before he put them by the plant. (Mailbox full). Forget those popular pharmacies. They are not as caring and this place feels homier. I recommend highly. I’ve had no mistakes yet. Only good customer service and friendly staff! Thanks

I just switched to Pottstown Pharmacy from CVS. I was so tired of the same old problems at CVS waiting an entire day for a refill along with the pharmacy asking the same questions over and over every time I pick up a script for THE NEW computer system. I love Pottstown Pharmacy the wait time is nearly nothing the people are so very nice and respectful as well as knowledgeable and never give me any issues about anything! I love you guys!
